The reason is because of the Buono's family recipes from NY that we are able to make here in Mesa AZ. At Buono's, every dish is made using only the freshest, finest ingredients, in fact our supplier is from back east and we use the same quality ingredients that many NY & NJ pizzerias use. We make our own fresh dough, our own pizza sauce and our own gravy (pasta sauce for those of you not from NY) right on the premises. We hand toss every pizza (that is why we say our pizzas are so fresh we have to slap them) and use only fresh toppings.
